BLUEBERRY COBLER OATS

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp Walden Farms Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Cashew Milk
    *1 scoop (32g) BPN protein powder
    *1/3 cup Fresh blueberries
  • Add everything other then the blueberries to
    a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Stir in fresh blueberries
  • Bake in muffin tins or loaf pan for 20-25 min
