Why weight loss?

well, certainly most people don’t know why they are obsessed in the first place, being sure what could be the cause would help shorten the journey and discomforts that come along the way.
you might need to do some self examination and ask your self questions such as;

  • am I ready to go through all this and make the necessary sacrifices.
  • who am I trying to impress?
  • does it in any way make my self esteem and self worth less?
