Completely loaded with veggies and flavor and naturally low in fat and calories it’s the perfect lunch, snack or starter!

Ingredients :
Gluten free, Paleo ∙ Makes 14 cups
2 Bay leaves
2 Bell peppers, whole
2 cups Broccoli florets
4 cups Cabbage
1 cup Carrots
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Green beans
1 Onion, small
1/2 tsp Thyme & basil
1 can Tomatoes, low sodium
2 cups Zucchini
Canned goods
6 cups Beef broth, low sodium
2 tbsp Tomato paste
Baking & spices
I also know a very effective weight loss vegetable soup. It’s called the Weight Watcher’s Zero Point Cabbage Soup.

Regarding the cabbage soup, I’ve heard you’re only supposed to eat that in order to lose weight. Is that what you do or you combine it with other meals as well? My mom used to make this soup and she would only eat this and drink water for as many days as could.
