Hey guys, Thought id sure a bit about my journey in my own weight loss.
Through my own journey of working out everyday and not seeing any results i begun to feel a bit depressed seeing all the work i had put in but not losing any of the weight so i decided id try dieting.
I tried a few different diets (Vegetarian, fasting, carnivore, ETC) i found the only one that really worked for me was the keto, which is a high fat low carb diet.
