I’ve been doing IF since January and it’s definitely helped a lot! Lost 9 lb but I’m petite at 5’2”, so you can definitely see the difference. After a few weeks of doing IF, I learned that my stomach does not need as much food as I’d thought I needed to become satisfied. I eat clean and stop eating after 6-7pm, majority of the time. I lift 5-6 days a week and some cardio. I was stuck in a yo-yo between 145lb and 150 but now I’m 142 in the mornings which is a victory. Finally out of the 150 range. Baby steps people.
