Try this Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Recipe


• 2 cups almond flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup erythritol
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted butter, melted peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

  3. Press the dough into the greased baking dish, making sure it is evenly spread out.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set.
