At first,it depend on how do you lose weight
is it just about kilograms or you want to lose 5kilogram of fat?
If you want to lose 5kilogram from weight(it could be water) then
try some techniques like professional fighters or body builders are
are doing their performance and you are good to go!(ATTENTION! its
not very healthy)
If you want to lose 5KG OF FAT-this is harder, but its possible. Most
probably it’s very hard to do this just with food, you need to have
a good diet plan and very powerful supplements. Supplements are
helping your body to lose fat faster because of the import of
different materials, vitamins, and substances that accelerating the
weight lose process. So i would start with the good diet and then add
