The Scientific 7 Minute Workout

This workout is based on high intensity training. The order and the duration of the exercises must be taken into consideration. Omg, I can’t even do a normal plank, not to mention a side plank!

This might be scientifically conceived, but let’s be honest. Who can do push ups and side planks for 30 seconds? They say we must start slow, but sometimes all these look very discouraging.
