The BEST Times to EAT

I’ve heard about an interval of 8 hours when it’s ok to eat and then they recommend fasting. What do you think about that? Could you do it?

Fasting is definitely not for everyone, but following these guidelines shouldn’t be hard even if you are an emotional eater.

I eat twice per day and maybe grab a snack for dinner, so I find it difficult to follow this schedule. I can’t eat within 30 minutes after waking up either. I drink coffee and gaze out the window for like an hour. Is anyone doing the same?
