Enough trying different diets. Today I will look at the best weight loss diet, tell you what you can and cannot eat on this diet, whether you can drink alcohol and eat foods with added sugar. I prefer the concept of a nutrition program rather than a diet. Indeed, in the understanding of most people, a diet is a strict, monotonous hospital meal of tasteless boiled dishes. The way I eat, and the way my successfully losing weight patients eat, is not a diet. This is proper normal healthy eating.
