I see it’s been a while since you’ve posted, but I just want to ask—has anyone tried short breathing exercises during cravings? I’ve found that just pausing for a couple of minutes to focus on my breath really shifts my mindset and helps me stay on track. Curious if others have had a similar experience or found different ways to use relaxation to manage those tough moments.
I’ve found that dim lights, soft music, and an incense holder with a calming scent make a huge difference when meditating. I was struggling to stay focused, but adding scent helped ground me—lavender’s my favorite so far. Also, I grab a blanket and sit on a cushion to keep my body comfy. Just takes a few tries to figure out what setup works best for your space and mood.
