first you guys must drink warm water 10 glasses 250ml in everyday, next count your calories food. As a normal Man should take 2700 calories in a day, Women should take 2200 calories in a day. So let say if you a man just cut 700 calories , it is mean 2000 calories a day. For Women 1500 calories a day.
next please do not take oily food, always eat fruits and nuts. after and before sleep you guys guys take a half lemon and squish it into a warm water and drink it every morning and night before you sleep.
