I always read about weight loss, but most of the times it is about losing weight fast or without any change of life. But we know that success cannot come quickly because you have to change your attitude towards yourself. You have to eat differently, think differently and simply live differently. I was 120 kilos and am now 80, so I changed some of my eating habits and also started doing 20 minutes of sport every day.
