Apart from the weight gain and bulging belly, I’m also insecure about my arms. They started to get flabby once I gained weight during my last two pregnancies. I’ve already tried lifting weights and some exercises but my arms still look massive to me. What do you think I should do? Any other ideas?
hi there @ChubbyMomOfTwo! dont worry we all have our insecurities. may i ask how much do you lift? i only do 4kg dumbbells at home but i can notice that my arms are firmer and less flabby. do 4 sets,12 reps every day for a few weeks and you’ll notice a difference soon. good luck.
hey have you tried doing wall pushups? it’s not so difficult for me compared to lateral pushups. you can maybe start with 30-40 then work your way up increasing the numbers every day. hope this helps!

Thanks for your help and responses! I will definitely try those.
If I may, just lifting weighs will not do much difference. You first have to activate your body with some cardio. There’s this fitness trainer, her name is Jillian Michaels, who explains a 3 step workout meant to melt fat and tone your body. Look for 30 days shred. It is a full body workout, but you might learn something useful from her program. It’s free, I’m not advertising anything. Here is a YouTube link to it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8.
