Indian diet plan to reduce belly fat
Losing abdominal fat is largely dependent on eating the proper foods. It is best to adhere to a well-planned diet that is tailored to your needs and preferences. However, it should be remembered that while a 1200 calorie diet works better for women, a 1500 calorie diet is best for men. The steps to follow in an Indian diet plan for a day are as follows:
Take a glass of lemon-cinnamon water to start your day.

Breakfast should consist of a vegetable sandwich and a glass of skim milk.

At 11:00 AM, have some fruit and almonds as a follow-up.

Eat a meal at 1:00 PM. Eat two portions of Masala Khichdi, two portions of Sprouts Curd Salad, and one portion of Low-Fat Curd Kadhi.

At 3:30 PM, drink a glass of buttermilk to help the food digest.

At 4:00 PM, sip some green tea.

After an hour, consume half a katori of cooked chana.

Dinner will consist of two pieces of chapati, a katori of palak paneer, and a half-cucumber.
