I lost 6kg in a month with these meals

A little about myself.
Recently I turned 19 years old. I used to be that athletic kid in school. You know that kid who hit the gym every day after school. Yeah, I’m far from that now. I had a serious alcohol problem for a whole year, a lot of partying here and there. But now, I decided to make a change in my life.

I bet if you are reading this, you’ve already googled or watched videos on youtube about how to lose weight. Let me tell you, most of these “weight loss” videos recommend you to take all kinds of supplements: creatine powder, pre-workout powders, proteins powders, and whatever. And they tell you to work out every day for 2 hours at least.
These videos are pure rubbish, DON’T believe them.

The actual secret to weight loss is actually your diet.

TIPS TO YOU!
Avoid alcohol. NO BEER
Avoid pork. Replace it with fish, crab, or chicken.
Avoid pasta. Replace it with rice or buckwheat.
Eat 2-3 times a day. Every time a full plate of everything. For example chicken, salads, bread and so on.
Feel like having a snack while watching a movie? Stop munching burgers, chips, pizzas. Replace it with berries, yogurt, sushi. Low-calorie snacks you know.

Oh, I understand. You’re not much of a cook yourself, right?
Well, it’s okay. There are multiple meal guides out there.
The best thing is, vegan foods are cheap as well.

After you have accomplished healthy eating. You can start working out so you can build some muscle.
