SQUATS
• Squats are compound exercises that works on multiple muscle groups in the lower body, which are your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and calves. It also builds core strength.
• When you do a squat, make sure your feet to shoulder width apart, your toes pointing slightly outwards. Now by engaging your core, push your hips backwards and lower your body down.
• Keep you back straight and your knees aligned with your toes. Lower your body till your thighs are parallel to the ground without compromising your form. Slowly stand back up and repeat this process.
• Some of types are barbell squats (Back and Front), Goblet Squats, Bulgarian Split Squats, Box Squats, Jump Squats.
