How to lose weight and maintain it

The old training and dieting is the unique way to get that dream body. The problem is: we always give up in the middle of the journey. How I changed the key for that was eating things that I like and not going to the gym. Flexible dieting and running were some of the solutions that I was doing correctly, but so slow and hard.
