How to boost your motivation to lose weight

Do you have any other diet motivation tips? From my experience, the buddy system works great, but it tends to fails when the other fails.

I’m the kind of person who isn’t patient… So, going slow has a really demoralizing effect on me. The buddy system isn’t useful either because I usually lose less weight that everybody else. I prefer to keep quiet about my diet and avoid social interactions. Otherwise, people keep asking me about it.

This is exactly what I need! Motivation!

Is everyone so organized? I feel like I don’t have enough time to plan all these. But then again, I should take better care of myself.
