Go From Walking to Jogging with Ease

Scientists say that basically if you can walk, then you can jog. What they propose, is an accommodation system that will allow you to go from walking to jogging in no time. First of all, you must be able to walk for 20 minutes and feel comfortable, not get tired. If that’s checked, then you are ready to try this:

Week 1. Alternate 4 minutes of walking with 1 minute of jogging. Do this for 15 minutes in total.
Week 2. Alternate 4 minutes of walking with 2 minutes of jogging. Do this for 18 minutes in total.
Week 3. Alternate 3 minutes of walking with 2 minutes of jogging. Do this for 20 minutes in total.
Week 4. Alternate 3 minutes of walking with 3 minutes of jogging. Do this for 24 minutes in total.
Week 5. Alternate 2 minutes of walking with 3 minutes of jogging. Do this for 25 minutes in total.
Week 6. Alternate 3 minutes of walking with 4 minutes of jogging. Do this for 28 minutes in total.
Week 7. Alternate 2 minutes of walking with 4 minutes of jogging. Do this for 30 minutes in total.
Week 8. Alternate 1 minutes of walking with 4 minutes of jogging. Do this for 30 minutes in total.
Week 9. Alternate 1 minutes of walking with 5 minutes of jogging. Do this for 36 minutes in total.
Week 10. Alternate 1 minutes of walking with 7 minutes of jogging. Do this for 40 minutes in total.
Week 11. Alternate 1 minutes of walking with 9 minutes of jogging. Do this for 40 minutes in total.
Week 12. Alternate 1 minutes of walking with 10 minutes of jogging. Do this for 44 minutes in total.
