Few tricks to help you losing weight

Hello everyone how are you doing today?So i know for everyone it is a really hard process to lose weight especially when you are preparing your “summer” body.Well i want to say the biggest thing which impacts your weight loss is actually your diet.You need to be in a slight calorie deficit to start losing weight (200-500) calories in my opinion is great.Main thing is to always be in a calorie deficit for a certain period to start losing weight.I have a video from Dr.Eric Berg and i will leave a link here: ShrinkMe.io
