Egg Diet - The 2 Weeks Version

WEEK 1

Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Fruit and 2 slices of wholemeal bread.

Dinner: Cooked chicken and big salad.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Cooked chicken and green salad.

Dinner: 2 eggs, vegetable salad and 1 orange.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Cheese low in fat, 1 tomato and 1 slice of wholemeal bread.

Dinner: Cooked chicken and big salad.

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Fruit.

Dinner: Steamed chicken and big salad.

Friday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: 2 eggs and steamed vegetables.

Dinner: Fish on barbecue and big salad.

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Fruit.

Dinner: Steamed chicken and big salad.

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Chicken with steamed vegetables and tomato salad.

Dinner: Steamed vegetables.

WEEK 2

Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Chicken and big salad.

Dinner: 2 eggs, salad and 1 orange.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: 2 eggs and steamed vegetables.

Dinner: Fish on barbecue and big salad.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Cooked chicken and big salad.

Dinner: 2 eggs, vegetable salad and 1 orange.

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: 2 eggs, cheese low in fat and steamed vegetables.

Dinner: Steamed chicken and big salad.

Friday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Tuna salad.

Dinner: 2 eggs and big salad.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Cooked chicken and big salad.

Dinner: Fruits.

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit.

Lunch: Steamed chicken and steamed vegetables.

Dinner: The same as lunch.

What do you think? I think this diet is a little on the hard side, but I’m thinking of trying it for a long time now. They promise a weight loss of 24 lbs (11 kg) if you combine it with 30 minutes of sport every day.
