The biggest culprits by far are sugar, bread, pasta
and cereal. If you cut those out right away, youāll
probably LĆ“se 5kg in the next 10 days or so.
Now once you cut down on those foods, you might have
some cravings and youāll REALLY want to go back to
eating those junk foods.
Instead what you need to do is focus on eating
2 different thingsā¦
- Lots of healthy fats
- Fruits that satisfy your sugar craving
