Eat to beat belly fat

Belly fat will not disappear only if you workout or choose a specific diet. It will also diminish if you add a few of the following foods in your daily diet. These foods are: beans, green tea, avocados, low fat dairy, max 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, green vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and fish, eggs, berries, olive oil, almonds, nuts and oatmeal. In fact, I think this could be turned into a diet. What do you think?
