Can't loose belly

OK, I tried every trick that I could Google. I am relatively not to heavy ( :slightly_smiling_face:), but my belly looks like I am waiting for the baby.
Maybe the problem is that my 10-hours day is sitting at Computer desk, and not having breakfast, as some people suggested, but this is out of control.
I don’t really believe in some chemical fat-burners is there anybody who succeeded without poisoning himself or getting a hart-attach doing Cardio?

Any tricks?
