Beginning my summer body gains journey

Hey everyone!!! I have been doing these workouts for about 2 weeks now and honestly, my legs, thighs, and butt are more toned out and firmer. I am slowly losing the rolls I have around my waist too.

I haven’t changed my diet at all because my goal isn’t to lose weight, but it’s to sculpt up my figure. The only change I made was implementing more water into my diet. So 2L of water every day will really benefit you. I also work out 3 times a week with a rest day in between for my body to recover.
