Here is a step by step account of how I helped my brother go from 200 pounds to 140 pounds. He has autism so it’s hard to motivate him. But here’s what I made him do.
In the morning, he follows a 30 minute light exercise routine using an exercise app. In the afternoon, he follows a fun dance workout routines with uplifting songs so that he maintains his motivation and release his happy hormones.
