n my weight loss journey, I kept things simple, and these 3 steps really helped me:
1.Swapped junk for whole foods : less processed stuff, more fruits and veggies.
2.Daily walks : even 20–30 minutes made a huge difference.
3.Tracked progress : writing things down kept me accountable.
