- 1 litre water
- 2 lemon / lime
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon

- 1 litre water
- 3 tsp cumin
- 3 inch cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon
for chia lemon fat-burning drink:
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 cup water
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon
how to make lemon ginger fat-burning drink:
- firstly, in a large saucepan take 1 litre of water.
- take 2 lemon rinds which are chopped roughly. make sure to squeeze off the juice and keep it aside before chopping.
- add 1 inch ginger, ½ tsp pepper and boil for 5 minutes.
- boil until the lemon softens.
- cool slightly, and filter out the water.
- in a tall glass take prepared warm detox water.
- add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon. mix well.
