What stops you from eating healthy?

What is that you simply can’t give up to? Are you an emotional eater? I really like fried meat and sweets, but most of all, I am an emotional eater. This means that I eat a lot when I’m upset or even when I’m bored.

Besides intensive cooking sessions and much more money spent, I do have a sweet tooth. It’s almost like I can’t stop myself from thinking about cake or chocolate… You know what they say… sugar is today’s most dangerous drug!

I think my excuse is that I won’t be entirely healthy and happy anyway, so I keep delaying the moment when I’ll start eating healthy.
