What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight on Keto Diet! Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner.

As a newbie to Keto, I used to think that eating would be boring, bland, and just awful. I dreaded the entire introduction to it until I saw one of your videos and ended up making waffles, bread, etc. I’m happy to say that by following your recipes, I don’t feel like I’m missing out on flavor or quality of food.
