anybody have a list of foods that can go together wiht my diet? aside from eating less and exercising, are there certain foods that can help in weight reduction? im not asking for those bogus pills or anything, just natural foods please.

all the greens!!! i think spicy food also helps speed up the metabolism or fat burning, but i was never a fan. can’t tolerate it when it stings in my mouth.

oh that’s good to know! thanks i actually like spicy foods. how come it doesnt work for me? is it possible that i built a tolerance for it or something…?

fruits maybe? they usually make me full and i eat less.

Fish oil. It’s also good for overall body health.

Spicy foods are known to speed up the metabolism. Also, ginger is supposed to burn fats if used in tea for instance.
