Specific type of foods that help you lose weight

anybody have a list of foods that can go together wiht my diet? aside from eating less and exercising, are there certain foods that can help in weight reduction? im not asking for those bogus pills or anything, just natural foods please.

  • Grape juice. a 2015 International Journal of Obesity study found that resveratrol, an antioxidant contained in grapes, converts calorie-storing white fat into calorie-burning brown fat. :slight_smile:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar. (https://authoritynutrition.com/apple-cider-vinegar-weight-loss/)

  • Nuts. some research suggest that when people eat nuts, they eat less in the following meal.

  • Yogurt.

  • Grapefruit - helps you feel fuller so you eat less. got a lot of drug interactions though, so before you eat a grapefruit, check the label on all your prescriptions.

all the greens!!! i think spicy food also helps speed up the metabolism or fat burning, but i was never a fan. can’t tolerate it when it stings in my mouth. :confounded:

oh that’s good to know! thanks i actually like spicy foods. how come it doesnt work for me? :expressionless: is it possible that i built a tolerance for it or something…?

fruits maybe? they usually make me full and i eat less.

Fish oil. It’s also good for overall body health. :slight_smile:

Spicy foods are known to speed up the metabolism. Also, ginger is supposed to burn fats if used in tea for instance.
