HI. For my weight loss journey, I am taking Herbalife f1 shakes and herbal tea. I drink hot tea first using 300ml water with 1 tsp of tea and right after that I would prepare and drink my meal shake. I also use warm water for the shake as warm water (i think) helps burn fats too. hehe… 2 scoops of the shake and 300ml water and blend it for about 1 minute. I do this every morning before 8am and at night before 9PM. I also do this exercise at least 3x a week. Please see my next reply for the link. This is a dance exercise that you can do on a routine. It’s not boring and it’s only 30 minutes. But I swear! You’ll burn so much calories and fats in this exercise.
So far my progress is good. I used to be 74kg and after 3 months I am down to 61kg.
