Hope everyone is doing well and having a safe summer to fall transition! My name is Jessica. I am excited to be a part of this forum. I hope to get some inspiration from here. I personally struggled with weight and i hate controlling my diet, i am more of a work out person and would love to try out any work out exercises that you guys would recommend. As a thank you, in return i would like to share an audible book that i am currently reading which is helping me. I would recommend you giving it a shot if you like audible books.
