I Love Sweets, I can't Handle Not To Eat

Basic frustration of woman is when sweets are avoidable to eat anymore.
I am one of those who eagerly wants to pull down sweets eating habit as it makes me eat so much and gain weight. Any idea what to do and is there any replacement for this?

You could try to make your own sweets with natural sweeteners instead of sugar. One that has 0 calories is stevia. Here is a top 10 for natural sweeteners and how many calories they contain. Baking is definitely not easy, but it’s worth a shot!

Replacing homemade sweets with Snickers or what other delicious sweets you like is a challenge, but at least you won’t have to give them up completely! I said Snickers because I’d love one haha.
