I lost 5 kg in 3 months without doing any diet

hi, i just want to share my story/experience here about me losing my weight, first of all english isn’t my first language so, i hope you could understand if there are many typos here :slight_smile:
on the last april 2021, my weight was 55 kg, i did a lot of diet but it just didn’t work. i lost about 2 kg at that time because i was doing an egg diet, so i only eat 4 eggs without rice everyday, but my weight back at 55 kg when i eat a lot in my cheating day. so i was just stop my diet and just eat whatever i want. until on first may, i went to my village to spend my holiday here until now. and here i do a lot of housework and about something that i eat… i actually eat quite a lot, i eat rice and a lot of snack too, i thought i would gain weight but, surprisingly i lost weight! last time (on august) i measure my weight was 49,7 kg and i was so shock because i didn’t do any kind of diet nor doing any of exercise. i think the reason why i lost weight is i do a lot of housework here which is pretty tiring to do, and i have a good sleep schedule. so maybe if i could do an excercise, and managing my meal i think i could lost more weight
so that was my story i hope it could motivate you to start your excercise today. don’t pressure yourself with how much weight you already lost every week/ month just do it with your heart and do it for your health
