I lost 22 kg in a few months

Hi folks!

I was very sad last year when my dear sister told me that i had become very fat! I decided to do what I should do to lose my weight!
1- I stopped eating sweets.
2- I stopped drinking soda.
3- I avoided eating rice and white bread.
4- I did exercises.
5- I was hiking in the mountains for at least three hours twice a week.

One year ago I was 102 kg, but now I am 79 kg
