Losing weight fast is often the object of desire for the average dieter. The average dieter wants to see 7 pounds in 7 days, 37 pounds in 30 days, and other extreme results. But for the average dieter, that much regular weight loss is just not plausible, nor is it actually safe! The obese can lose multiple pounds per day. When you detox, you are flushing out these pounds within a relatively short amount of time. When you do this, obviously you eliminate those pounds. But it goes beyond that. You also naturally speed up your metabolism. And it will eliminate out of control appetite and sugar cravings! These things will all contribute to future weight loss benefits. Unlike a diuretic or laxative, the weight will not bounce back.
The second thing to do is to exercise for at least 1 hour daily. Most only exercise for 30 minutes daily, because we have been taught to believe that you get the greatest efficiency, and after that 30 minutes, it plateaus. This is simply not true. In order to burn a significant amount of fat and calories to contribute to greater fat burning on a daily basis, you need at least 1 hour of cardio every single day!
With common sense and a couple of extra steps that some may not necessarily think of, it is possible to get reasonable and yet quickly noticeable results. You may not be able to lose 50 pounds within 50 days. But you can certainly get a jump start and lose more than 1 or 2 pounds per week on a regular basis!
