Just to share for what I did every day by doing as example of this video
The main reasons for weight gain is carbs and sugars. Reducing high carbohydrate
foods such as bread, pasta, cakes etc. Also, reducing all foods that contain sugar
such as soda pop, candy, cookies is very important. Increasing your protein intake
and replacing your sweet drinks with water is necessary. Doing that along with some
