even short walks when I didn’t feel motivated. Anyone else find it easier to manage low moods with small physical goals? Also curious if anyone here has tried journaling alongside their fitness changes and noticed any difference?

I’ve been also dealing with similar feelings and honestly, getting more into physical activity really helped me. I started small with just walking and added music or podcasts I liked.

Also tried cannabis for anxiety after reading up on it a bit, and it actually helped me feel calmer in situations that used to overwhelm me.

Everyone’s different, but mixing that with better sleep and yoga worked well for me.
