Has anyone tried having Ginger and garlic in their foods? How effective has this been? Apart from other known health benefits, does garlic and ginger help in lossing weight?
I use much ginger and garlic. I always cook with garlic and I even enjoy ginger drinks. I don’t think both of them have benefit in loosing weight. Maybe they help to make our body warmer and likely to enjoy physical activity. That physical activities which take huge role to loosing your weight.
