Foods That Boost Gut Bacteria and Metabolism

People often eat food for the sake of nutrition and satisfying their hunger. However, a lot of people forget that the food they consume also dictate the health of one’s gut. A healthy gut can effectively prevent a person from suffering from indigestion, constipation, flatulence, and a lot more, which makes boosting the good gut bacteria all the more crucial.

Hmm. I’m surprised yogurt (not to be mistaken with frozen yogurt, or froyo!) is not included here. Most yogurts are probiotics. Basically. it’s just fermented pasteurized milk but with live bacterial cultures. A normal serving of yogurt contains billions of bacteria that are believed to be helpful to one’s health.

Yes, yogurt and most of all kefir is known to be really good for the stomach. I don’t think it’s low on fats though.

I don’t think we’ll ever find a complete list to follow that brings results. That’s why research is really important.
