Dr Oz has many weight loss advice. I haven’t tried any. Has anyone? I remember him advertising some raspberry pill. Was that good?
I think Dr. Oz is focusing on healthy eating, but he does have to be specific about certain things that might not work for everybody.
This drink is supposed to suppress appetite. Be careful, however, if you’re taking medication. Grapefruit juice is known to enhance the effect of pills.
Hi Girls! I tried this drink, minus the honey and, although the vinegar doesn’t taste too good, the effect is quite reviving!
I used to follow a diet that involved eating about 2 grapefruits per day. I hated those times. I don’t like the taste of grapefruit, but I guess that combined with honey it doesn’t taste the same.
