Finding the right reasons to lose weight

There are several reasons for losing weight. This can come from a health concern, caused by being overweight (circulation problems, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, etc.). One of the keys to successfully maintaining motivation and persistence while dieting is establishing a clear plan ahead of time. A defined organization and objectives to meet with deadlines can allow you to see more clearly and project you into the future. For example, you can set goals for yourself: lose 3 kilos on a given date, celebrate 1 month of sport, or even 6 weeks without a food gap! Be careful not to fall into the race for rewards and set goals that are too high, which will only bring you disappointment and frustration. Remember to adapt your program according to your morphology, your abilities and especially your well-being: do not force yourself to do anything that could put your health at risk, and ideally, get advice from a doctor.
