Have you tried any of the diets promoted by celebrities? Kim Kardashian’s is really hot right now. Her diet is based on 1800 calories, which is a lot I might say.

Many celebrities rely on vegan diets, such as Beyonce and Madonna. Kate Middleton opted for the Dukan diet, while Lady Gaga went for Tracy Anderson’s baby food diet. I think the latter sounds the most delicious. What do you think?
