Hello there. I had some problem with my weight. I used diets, weight loss supplements. One day I checked TOMFIT and found personal trainer. I am pleased with it. I think gym and training make my body healthy.

50 jumping jacks are absolutely madness for me hahaha

I agree with Kim on this one! However, maybe 50 jumping jacks aren’t too bad once you get used to them. Push-ups are killer for my arms.
