25 Ways to Lose Weight

There are some tricks we can apply everyday that will all lead to weight loss. Here are some of them:

  1. Don’t put the serving dishes on the table. You won’t supplement your portion in this way.
  2. Embrace the breakfast desert. Eat something sweet during the morning and nothing else that is sweet during the day.
  3. Buy a dress that will fit you only when you lose enough weight and put it somewhere you can see it. That’s motivation.
  4. Don’t watch adds about food. They stimulate your appetite.
  5. Buy treats for others that you’re not particularly fond of.
  6. Clench your fists for 30 seconds when you have a food craving. This can help you control your impulse.
  7. Eat cold turkey after eating sweets. This method will stop you from wanting more sweets.
  8. Set small goals. Every lost pound is reason for celebration.
  9. Mix food types. Less variety when it comes to unhealthy foods and large variety for healthy foods.
