There are some tricks we can apply everyday that will all lead to weight loss. Here are some of them:
- Don’t put the serving dishes on the table. You won’t supplement your portion in this way.
- Embrace the breakfast desert. Eat something sweet during the morning and nothing else that is sweet during the day.
- Buy a dress that will fit you only when you lose enough weight and put it somewhere you can see it. That’s motivation.
- Don’t watch adds about food. They stimulate your appetite.
- Buy treats for others that you’re not particularly fond of.
- Clench your fists for 30 seconds when you have a food craving. This can help you control your impulse.
